The rental period is nine hours, encompassing setup, the ceremony, and the reception or event. This time also includes the necessary cleanup, such as removing decorations and food after the event.
- The venue provides a selection of amenities, including tables and chairs for guest seating. Round tables, available in 36-inch, 48-inch, and 60-inch sizes, can be used indoors or outdoors and are ideal for sign-in, gifts, cake displays, and guest seating. Additionally, 6-foot rectangular tables are provided for food service, ensuring a well-equipped setup for any event.
- Complimentary general parking available and VIP for up to 70 vehicles, access to a preparation kitchen, full use of the venue gardens, the first floor of the house, the Swan Room, and the Pavilion.
- Private changing rooms for the bride and groom.
- White garden chairs are available for outdoor celebrations by the lake or in front of the oak trees. An additional setup fee of $150 applies for outdoor events.
- Make your celebration even more memorable by extending the experience! Up to 24 guests can stay overnight after the event for an additional charge, allowing you to relax and enjoy more time with your loved ones in a beautiful setting.
